this review would be harder if I'd hated Carnival, but yanno, I didn't! So Yay when my friends write books I like!

I am not much of an SF reader. Some of the people know this and some of the people do not. But, if I know you and you have a book, I'll buy it. I may never read it (while we're being honest here), but I figure the least I can do for the people I know who work so hard at this gig is drop fifteen bucks. Yanno?

anyhoo. I bought this, cuz Bear! And I read it, and wow. Liked it alot. The end lost me a bit, not in that bad writer/dumb reader way, but because I am kind of the "and then we sat about and had tea" type of girl, as opposed to the "and then they were eaten by bears" type, and sometimes action sequences cause my mind to wander. So although the girl in the brambley brambles was the yick, all the politico stuff in the first 3/4 ish was more up my Fantung Alley.

but, good!

i just forgot to report it, since really it's #11, but hey.

and now you know :)
